New York Fashion Week: Men’s Day 2 – Brett Johnson
Another highlight of the 2016 New York Fashion Week: Men’s is the presentation by Brett Johnson. A young brand debuted its line of Men’s shoes and apparel in 2013, its concept promotes the blending of modern silhouette and traditional techniques of refining each detail. I personally liked the print on the sweater above very much. It looks like a bull’s head simplified by minimalistic concept with the combination of dark green and navy blue color. It’s masculine yet playful.
Brett Johnson’s designs are well-rounded and very versatile. In this blue/brown wool poncho scarf, we see a double utilization of the femininity and masculinity as a cape or a scarf.
