Traveling Through Five Cities in Florida Part I
What’s good guys! Lately, I have gone on a family road trip down south to Florida. We stopped at five cities, from St. Augustine to Fort Lauderdale, from Miami to Key West, and finally at Naples. We are still on our way to New Orleans and then back to New York, but I feel like doing a blog post on what we’ve done in Miami first, and then another post on what I did along the way.
The first stop was to shop around Lincoln Road Mall and to grab lunch. Lincoln Road Mall is the go-to place in Miami if you want to shop for luxury or casual brands, like 5th Avenue in NYC. Also check out Hofbrau Beerhall Miami where we had lunch, they serve amazing pork knuckle and soft pretzels, featuring a huge glass of beer, like really huge.

We picked a morning to see the sunrise on South Beach. Absolutely stunning! We were lucky the cloud didn’t block too much of the sunrise.

Next, we were at Little Havana, seeing houses and streets that my brother said were “100% like the ones in Havana.” It was interesting to see the Cubans remaining their lifestyle in the district – playing dominos, smoking cigar, and drinking cuban coffee. One thing I see in their eyes were happiness and this intimate friendliness with the tourists, hoping to give the best impression to the tourists about Cuba, so I am now eager to visit Cuba soon!

The next day, we were visiting Biltmore Hotels to see the luxurious side of Miami. It was a grand hotel with a golf course. I love how they incorporated the Spanish and Southern style colors and tiles.

Another stop in Miami, we were at Wynwood, the ultimate hipster district of Miami. Graffitis were more than graffitis – they were big artworks. Some graffitis were dimensional, some were minimalistic, and some were
