Barcelona in Bandana
The second stop of my graduation trip was to Barcelona! We drove from the French Provençal city of Avignon, crossing the boarder to Spain, and finally arriving at Barcelona.
Barcelona often reminds us of colorful mosaics and unique architectures by Gaudi. In my words, Barcelona is a living piece of artwork; it’s everywhere, anywhere, and you are a part of it.
To match with the back drop of the colorful Barcelona, I wore the Boiler Suit from COS so the simplicity and minimalism of the suit doesn’t compete with the colorful backdrop. I am holding the Bandana Leather Backpack from Dr. Marten, as well as wearing the Black and White Stripe Tube Socks from Top Man.
We only had around 40 hours in Barcelona, but because of thorough preparation, we were able to see most of the touristy places, such as the music hall, the renowned Park Güell, Casa Milà, Sagrada Familia and Casa Batllo. I strongly recommend looking up these places in advance and getting yourself familiar with Gaudi’s artwork before going. If you are looking to take outfit photos like me, plan in advance what you would like to match with the backdrop.
Although we only had 40 hours, we didn’t forget to stop and have Paella!
